This project was delivered as a fully managed design, build and internal refurbishment commission, managed end-to-end by our team.

From early stage design coordination through construction and final fit out, every element was carefully planned, sequenced, and executed. Our scope included project management, external redner, landscaping works and internal fit and finishing, allowing for a consistent level of quality and a clear point of responsibility throughout the programme.

By retaining control of the process in house, we ensured clear communication, considered decision making, and a high standard of finish across every stage.
